"Estoy muy preocupada por que llevo dos meses con la renovación de mi póliza la cual por el tiempo que llevo con ustedes pagando el seguro, me dieron la noticia que el Precio de la póliza bajaría y eso me ayudaría mucho Pero me llevo la sorpresa que no se renovó a lo que la asesora me comentó y llevo dos meses con cuotas altas por pagar y sin solución alguna la asesora me recomienda que pague mínimos o lo que ella piensa en se va a renovar dicha póliza siempre me dice que ya se arregla para las semana siguientes pero si yo no la llamo no tengo información alguna y no quiero tener inconvenientes por falta de pago que debería corresponder por qué en vez de bajar me suben el doble de precio pido alguna ayuda urgente estoy desesperada y preocupada no sé si dependa del Asesor en si o como ella me dice del Departamento pero no puedo seguir pagando precios duplicados a lo que se debería pagar ya que son montos totalmente exagerados y tampoco quiero tener inconvenientes futuros como cancelación de póliza es lo que menos quiero, y no sé a dónde o cómo debe proceder si en si mi Asesora quien es Lidia me informa que ya ha hecho todo lo que está en sus manos y ella ya no puede hacer más, por favor solicito ayuda para solucionar este problema"

"I had recently purchased a pretty expensive camera and was told by a friend of mine how State Farm can insure it no matter what happens to it. I was intrigued but also hesitant because I did not know an insurance firm would cover something like that. I got in contact with them and was put through to a very kind and well spoken assistant named Samantha who explained the process and how affordable it would be. She answered all my questions and assured everything would be covered under one policy and that there were no loopholes or "added fees". she really helped me out and made sure everything was set by the end of the day. One small payment later and I was all set to go! If you need anything of yours insured, go to these guys and definitely ask for Samantha. I highly Recommend!"
